Created for the Sew Kind of Wonderful quilt 'Tripping Out".  Pattern can be used as an e2e in quarters,  Flip pattern left to right to do top right quadreant, flipped vertically for bottom left quadrant and flipped vertically and horizontally for the bottom right quadrant.  If rows are alternated and trimmed as needed, the pattern will continue visually down the diagonal in each quadrant, forming the diamond pattern in the quilting.

This version is based on one repeat covering two 1.5 x 4 inch blocks (or an equivalent ratio).  See pattern L06603 for a version that covers two 2 x 6 blocks.
