Design suggestions: 

 

 

 There is one petal, number 4 that is longer than the others. if you have limited throat space, load the fabric so that the first petals are on the left side, so rotated counterclockwise one quarter. (the diagram for placement would also need rotating)  The smallest petal (toward the center) is on the same side as what is the top of the numbering diagram)
