This pattern looks great in a block--you could add a frame to the block if you want--or place the pattern in a pieced circle. This Sphere is sized to 18 inches to allow you to reduce to the size you need. Stitched at 4 inches gives max size approx. 1/2 inch circles Stitched at 6 inches gives max size approx. 3/4 inch circles Stitched at 12 inches gives max size approx. 1 1/2 inch circles Stitched at 18 inches gives max size approx. 2 1/2 inch circles As the circles become smaller, I recommend increasing your stitches per inch to 14 - 16 spi. It would also work great for the inside of a flower.
