Image shows one pattern repeat and how pattern looks repeated and with rows alternated. Done this way, the pattern is an e2e.

One suggested way to work with the pattern is to set up 2 rows, alternate one row, reverse start and end on one row, combine and save. Pattern will stitch left to right/right to left.  Once saved, when using saved file, set up onr repeat, multiple rows.
